SAT Preparation Class
with Ford Daley
Ford Daley, long time Hanover High teacher and local tutor with 14 years experience, teaches a concentrated SAT preparation course in advance of the October and May SATs. The fall course is generally for seniors planning a re-take. The spring course is generally for juniors.
Ford teams up with Charlie Kehler for the math portion. Charlie, also a teacher at Hanover High, is a math tutor when not in the classroom.
Ford's class focuses on practice and strategy building for all sections of the SAT including vocabulary development and analysis of mistakes on practice tests.
Charlie's section emphasizes the basic math concepts in the SAT that are within the grasp of all students. The puzzles and tricks that the SAT uses to make those basic concepts challenging are what his sections of the class allow students to practice and gain comfort.
