Indoor and Outdoor Facilities at the Upper Valley Events Center

Education programs, corporate training and meetings
$30/hr for common room (800 sq. ft., 40/50 people). $25/hr for fireplace room (400 sq. ft 20/25 people). $10/hr ($60/day) for private office in lower level - (300 sq. ft - 5 to 10 people). Each level has its own separate entrance and access to bathrooms and waiting rooms. At these rates, your program may operate at the same time as others in other spaces. Higher rates may apply if you require no other programs in other rooms during your event. The Events Center also can rent offices to executives, counselors and others for short terms.

Parties & special events that use the building & its immediate grounds (not weddings and not children's birthday party)
Minimum $250 for three hours, $60/hr thereafter - inclusive of set up and clean up. You get any or all of the deck, main floor and pirate ship play yard. Use of available tents, stage and grass common can be arranged under separate terms. Assistance with event planning and execution available also for an additional fee.

Children’s Birthday Parties
$125 for two party hours and 1/2 hr setup and 1/2 hr clean up time (total of $125 for 3 hrs on site), $60/hr for additional hours. We generally schedule parties for the 1 to 4 PM and 4 PM to 7 PM time slots on Saturdays and Sundays. Friday afternoons are options also. You get any or all of the deck and fireplace room (and its kitchen) and pirate ship play yard. If it is raining and there are no other programs scheduled during your party, you may use the common room too. Rain rescheduling possible based on availability. You plan on bringing food, cake and plates and decorations. We have a list of cake makers and entertainers - just ask.

Outdoor Venue
Grass common (150’x100’), play yards, water park, pirate ship, outdoor amphitheater - accommodates 600 on lawn, park 200 cars, stage 25’x30’ with five 30 amp circuits. Walking trails, stream, bus pull through. Public use of site (your concert, play, etc.) is $1,000 per day. Private party use (non-wedding) is $500 per day. Be sure you plan your event to make your guests comfortable. Rain dates to be determined based on availability.

Tents, Tables, Chairs, Bouncy Castle Inflatable Moon Walk Jumper
Bouncy Castle on-site rentals are a minimum of $75 fee when used in conjunction with another paying event. Off Site: 9 AM to 8 AM next day $250 - you pick it up and return it. Be sure you take and read the instructions and know the risks of using an inflatable. The Events Center has outdoor seating on its picnic tables for 40. Additional ground seating is possible using our plastic woven 3’ x 5’ “magic carpets”. The Events Center has one 20’ x 20’ and one 10’ x 10’ tent for your use for no additional fee. Additional table and chair seating must be brought in under separate arrangement.

Site Rules & Policies
Deposits are required for all reservations. You pay 50% of your estimated fee as a deposit to reserve your space and time. Failure to use your space results in forfeit of your registration fee. Registration forms must be filled in and signed and deposit paid to ensure your date, your marketing assistance and any other benefits you will get through having your event or class at the Upper Valley Events Center. Please inquire about benefits of being a regular educational program provider. You will be charged for your total time on site - set up and clean up is included in your fee calculation time. We are a carry in/carry out and leave no trace, site. You will be provided with clean up equipment, garbage bags, etc. Please plan to use them to return the site to its condition when you arrived, this keeps costs lower. If you would like us to clean up, we have a flat cleaning fee of $50 for interior use and $150 for clean up after an outdoor party. All prices are subject to change. Other programs may occur simultaneously. BYOB or have a licensed caterer serve your guests.
