Holistic Health Counseling

Eleanor Kohlsaat, M.A., C.H.H.C.Improve your eating habits, feel better about your body, and achieve a healthy weight. This approach is not about willpower. It's about discovering which foods work best for you and support your good health.Holistic health counseling takes your whole life into account, not just what's on your plate. Consider what nourishes you besides food: your family and other relationships, work that you care about, exercise you enjoy, a sense of meaning and purpose in your life. I will work with you to help find balance in all of these areas, in addition to your diet.

Group Workshops
Eat/Write: A six-week journal workshop exploring food, weight, and body image. Thursdays, 6:30 to 8 p.m., from March 27 through May 1.
